Conference Cancellation Policy:
A refund will be made for cancellations received in writing at least five (5) business days prior to the start of the conference, less an administrative fee of $150. After that date, no refunds will be made, however substitutes are welcome at all times. In the unlikely event of a program cancellation, NREDC will refund 100% of registration fees paid. NREDC assumes no liability for any penalty fees for airline tickets, hotel accommodation deposits or any other fees, charges or incidental costs that a registrant might incur as a consequence of a program cancellation, Program may be modified if necessary.

Conference Continuing Education Credits
At the request of all attendees, NREDC will provide appropriate certification of attendance at the conference for CLE or other continuing education credits.
